The property of Mr. James Lewis, who is retiring,

COMPRISING 40 fat ewes; 15 young in-calf cows of the Hereford and short horned breeds; 2 two-year old heifers in calf; 6 heifer calves; 2 steer ditto; 3 yearling heifers, 1 cart horse 4-yrs. old; cart mare 7-yrs. Old; cart mare in foal; cart horse, 1 cart colt three years old; yearling cart colt; 1 sucking ditto, 2 sows in farrow; 2 store pigs; 1 mow of hay about 20 tons; part of a mow of clover, quantity of hay in barn; 1 narrow wheeled wagon nearly new; 3 broad wheeled carts; 2 iron ploughs, 2 wooden ditto, 2 pairs of harrows, roller, turnip drill and roller, turnip scuffie, winnowing machine, chaff ditto. corn screen, 2 stone pig's troughs, 2 sheep troughs, 2 haul rakes, pikes and rakes, barley stumper, 2 dozen sacks, half bushel measure, sieves and riddles, 1 set of long harness, 2 sets of short ditto, G. O. ditto, quantity of husbandry tools, man's saddle, side ditto and bridle, 3 waggon ropes, wheelbarrow, spades, shovels, dung forks, 2 ladders 2 dozen hurdles, 6 cider hogsheads, 12 cider hairs, &c.

The Dairy Utensils and Furniture consist of double cheese press, barrel churn, pump ditto,  1 dozen cheese vats, 2 cheese tubs, milk skeels, milk warmer 2 trundles, 4 pails, 2 mashing vats, several tubs, oak table, elm ditto, oak clothes press, 6 oak kitchen chairs, round table, 2 four-post bedsteads, kitchen table, with numerous other articles. Refreshments on the table at ten and the sale will commence at eleven with the sheep.
